A former attorney, Lora has taught group exercise classes since 1988. She is an AFAA certified instructor in Aerobics and Yoga, and is a former FitTour Personal Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, Women and Weight Lifting Specialist, and Mind Body Coach. She earned her Certified Hypnotherapist designation at the Hypnosis Motivational Institute in California, with Honors. Some of her areas of focus included Past Life Regression, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, and the Mental Bank Motivational Program. In October of 2010 she had the honor of attending one of Dr. Doreen Virtue's last life ANGEL THERAPY PRACTITIONER® certification courses. As an Angel Therapy Practitioner® she channels angels, guides, or deceased loved ones in order to provide answers and assistance. She trained through the Center of Being, Inc. with Beverly Voss to receive both her Basic Level and Intermediate Level Integrated Energy Therapy® certifications. Her Certified Herbalist Course as well as Iridology were through the Natural Solutions Training Institute. She attends numerous seminars and lectures as well as reads and studies independently to constantly update and broaden her healing techniques.

Helen Leach was born in the little town of Crow borough in the county of Sussex, England. She served in the Royal Navy as a Registered Nurse for 5 years, in Malta and Gibraltar. In 1976, she moved to the U.S., calling home the town of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Helen became a registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist in 1986, and presently serves as the Supervisor of the Neuroldiagnostic Department at Swedish Medical Center. She began her Reiki training in 1994 and obtained Reiki Master in 1997. Helen attended the Healing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia, training under Roz Zollinger and became a Reflexology Therapist in 1997.
