PERSONAL TRAINING

Our clients receive customized personal training programs based on individual needs and on the Seasons of the year. This Seasonal Approach, which is unique to Pyramid Fusion, is superior to traditional personal training because it works with the flow of the Seasons and the body’s natural rhythms. Clients sustain routines that are achievable and make sense to their bodies and lifestyle.

Each of the four Seasons are broken down into two six-week training programs with one week of rest. Because each Season has a different mental, physical, and spiritual feel, different activities are better suited for different times of the year.

BODY—The First Season:
Strength, flexibility, coordination, muscular
balance, and postural alignment are tested, and objectives for physical fitness are discussed, and a total-body fitness program is developed. After six weeks of following the program, the client is re-evaluated and the program is fine tuned for the following six weeks.

MIND—The Second Season:
Clients continue with two six-week personal training programs based on individual needs and the demands of the Season, but Body/Mind Focus is added. Current patterns of thinking or believing are analyzed, and hypnotherapy or intentionality are used to reprogram the mind. Weight loss, athletic performance, smoking cessation, fears or phobias, recognizing the positive and accepting success can all be addressed. Reiki, acupressure, reflexology, chakra balancing, or aroma-therapy can also be useful in releasing beliefs that are ingrained in our energy field.

SPIRIT—The Third Season:
Continuing with two six-week personal training programs and the Body/Mind Focus, clients add meditation techniques to their fitness programs and lives. All religious or spiritual backgrounds are honored, as clients learn the mental and physical benefits of meditation.

FUSION—The Season of Life:
With the Fusion of Body, Mind and Spirit complete, the client focuses on the next two six-week programs as an integrated whole and learns how to maintain whole body balance for the rest of his or her life.
