YOGA FUSION

Yoga Fusion is a combination of yoga, ballet, pilates and traditional isometric exercises.  All of aforementioned disciplines focus on alignment, core strength, fluidity and grace.  By combining classical bar routines, floor bar exercises and isometrics with the breath and mindfulness of yoga, participants are able to build total body strength with a sense of calm and joy.  Using a vertical bar, functional core strength is achieved quickly.  The bar also assists in the proper alignment of the asana and in achieving a deeper stretch  for those who may not otherwise be able to enter fully into the asana.  Finally, greater cardiovascular conditioning is achieved because of the faster pace of the class.

Yoga Fusion incorporates all styles of yoga, enabling students to learn more about the rich history and tradition of yoga.  The Yoga Sutras are studied, the history of Hot Yoga, Kundalini, Chakra, Vinyasa, Hath, Pranayama and Prana are explained and explored.
