Embrace your body, mind and spirit exactly as they are, through the transformative art of burlesque.

Spend three evenings learning the timeless art of seduction, which comes from loving and honoring the Divine Feminine within, exactly as it is, and breaking out of society’s molds and ideas about what women should and should not be. We are all divine goddesses in our own right, and through this workshop, you will learn how to let your inner-goddess rise and rule.
*The first week we cover the art history of burlesque (no, getting physically naked is NOT what burlesque is all about! Burlesque is about revealing that which is hidden inside.) and we delve deep within our own psyche where we uncover our beliefs on women, sensuality, sexuality, age, motherhood, pleasure, taboo and power.
Challenging our beliefs allows us to begin emerging and birthing our own divine, feminine selves as we begin to move, dance, create and release through movement.
*We will meditate, release, laugh, surprise ourselves and learn the choreography to a sexy dance routine.
*Homework includes coming up with a burlesque/goddess identity, finding a song, costume and scenario to help you tell the story of your divine rebirth, as well as putting together the actual choreography and story line of your reveal.
*The second week we discuss (and practice through Chakralesque) the elements of movement, enhancement of the self through costuming, props and makeup, we learn the art of the peal using gloves, stockings or boas, and how to use the five senses to create and express sensuality. We begin the work of feeling our emotions deeply, embodying all aspects our physical, emotional and divine natures.
*We create our very own Goddess Card, complete with our Statement of Divine Empowerment, a statement that encapsulates our positive attributes as well as our shadow attributes. This Goddess Card serves as a declaration as well as a reminder about who we are, reminding us to FLAUNT!-Find our Fetishes, Laugh out Loud, Accept Unconditionally, Navigate the Negative and Trust in our Truth. Expect tears of relief and relies at this glorious process – your emergence is* complete!
*The third class, is the big reveal where we share ourselves, our stories and our emergence with each other, either as a discussion or as a performance. In the sacred space of sisterhood we are finally able to say share and reveal all that’s filled our hearts since the beginning of time but that we’ve been unable to express.
*Through the entire three weeks of the class, you will:
-Have full access to a private Facebook Group, where daily assignments, articles and inspirational material will be posted.
-Have full access to me, to help you with your routine, choreography, costuming or identity.
-Have full support surrounding your shadow work, your Statement of Divine Empowerment, your Divine Goddess-Emerging Story, or with anything that comes up throughout this process.
A cash bar and mingling is available for 10 minutes before each class.
Tickets are $250 for first time attendees, ($200 if purchased by January 1st) and $50 for repeat participants.
